Aria People Search - Relate and Management Chain not Returning Values

I recently uploaded 15,500+ records to the Aria People Search application and the 'Relate' and 'Management Chain' links are not returning anything.

Previously I loaded a sample of approx 30 records and the 'Relate' and 'Management Chain' functionality did work.

What should I do to get the 'Relate' and 'Management Chain' links to work?
