ARF not created for a form on a table

Hi,

I'm using a workspace on apex.oracle.com.

I've created a page based on form on a table using the wizard. There is data in the table. When I run the page, no data is returned. I've done a bit of reading and discovered the ARF process, but when I look at the page builder, there is no ARF process created which I believe it should have done automatically. If I manualy create the ARF process, data is returned to the screen.

Am I missing something, or is there a problem with APEX 19.1
