We upgraded to R12 over the weekend and we are having issues with Web_ADI.
A new template was created in R12, we are having users upload an entry that is balanced-and lines are dropping off.
They receive a message that says the entry is uploaded. But when they go in and check it not everything came through and lines are missing.
They have checked "Validate before Upload" and "upload unbalanced journals" is not checked
We then delete the entry and do it again and the entry goes through.
