Are DBA’s needed anymore ?

I have an important Question to be posted !!

almost Oracle Database 11g is fully automated or in near future it will achieve the target.

So what is the importance of DBA's in the companies ?

please explain me the DBA near Future Roles IF Everything is Automated ?
