Archiver Hung Alert Log Error

I got an archiver error as
~Errors in file d:\oracle\product\10.2.0\admin\sale\bdump\sale_arc0_5656.trc:~ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 12959 cannot be archived~ORA-00333: redo log read error block count~ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'G:\ORACLE\ORADATA\sale\REDO01.LOG'~ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'G:\ORACLE\ORADATA\sale\REDO01_MIRROR.LOG'~
What do I need to do?
create a new redo log group and files? or set a log switch?
