Archiver: backup and restore from zip file

Hi,
I'have to migrate contents from one UCM istance to a remote one (istances not connected).
I'm using Archiver.
I done the export. But now I don't know how to package the archive in the collection in order to import it in remote UCM (...zip file?).
I'm reading section: Initiating the Import (http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E21764_01/doc.1111/e10792/c06_migration.htm#CHDCDFHB )
It seems I can open a collection on remote system by only using "shared filesystem" or Proxied Servers...Can't I use a zip for import contents?
