Arabic Number Display in Oracle

Hello,

i have been using oracle reports for Arabic text but i can not get the output of the Numeric data in Arabic format. it is coming as question mark in report for those number which are saved in arabic format . However, in database it is stored in arabic format.

can any one help me ? i have been searching in Reports forum but did not get any help.
