Arabic msg error applicatin server 10g

Dear All,

I am facing problem in application. I have oracle application 10g 10.1.2.3.0 at win server 2003. And database version 10.1.4 at win server 2008. when user run the report, it is working well , i mean report result is in arabic. but the next when user want to save the report, system shows message in english (i.e do you want to save ?).It must be appear in arabic.

please grant me with your experienced suggesstions.
