Arabic characters gets converted as Quesion Marks

Hi,
I am using ODI Cloud Market Place, it has ODI 12.2.1.4
I am getting data from Oracle ADW to MS Sql Server 2008 SP3.
There is a column that has an Arabic description.
When I load into MS SQL server It becomes question marks.
LKM used: LKM SQL to MS SQL.
IKM Used: IKM MSSQL Incremental Update
DataType on Oracle ADW: Varchar2(50)
Data Type MS SQL Server: nchar(50)
