arabic character letters in sql developer

hi all ,

i have sql developer for database 12 c , i have problem with Arabic character letter in forms and sql developer data base when i changed the registry to

ARABIC_SAUDI ARABIA.AR8MSWIN1256

the forms working well but the sql developer still having the problem

i have put the encoding in sql developer to iso8895-6 and the font to courier_new the situation enhanced to when i insert arabic it read it well , but the old data still displying like this ÇáÐãã ÇáãÏíäÉ_ÇáÒÈÇÆä

could any one help me ?

my database is 12 c

my oracle form is 10 g on vm
