Hi Team,

According to DOC ID 200165.1, In 11.2.0.4 download and apply Patch 16623661 and Patch 21825048 to resolve the AQ$_PLSQL_NTFN scheduler jobs issue but in the patch readme doc for 16623661 there are no references to11.2.0.4 database version only 12.1.0.2. Any information regarding this please? Much appreciated
