Appscheduler Utility

Hyperion Planning 4.1.1 has a Appscheduler utility that helps in automatic restructure of Essbase Database.

However, I could not find the same utility in the 9.3.1 version. Is this utility completely removed from the 9.3.1 version?

Is it possible to use the old utility along with the new version?
