APPS 11i find the table structure

hi,
I am newbie to Oracle APPS 11i ,when i entered into apps SCHEMA I executed the below one

select * from tab where tabtype='TABLE';

I surprised i got total 190 rows only. and fnd_user is synonyum where is the orginial schema,

Tell about Basic APPS Data and Directory Structure
