I have a requirement where the Approver needs to send an ad hoc FYI notification to a role.
For example, manager initiates a transfer for an Employee. The request goes to HR BP as the first level approver. HRBP should have the ability to send an FYI notification to Payroll Admin.
I have 2 questions -
1) While selecting Ad hoc Route, I don't get the option to select FYI notification. By default, "Approve" is selected and the field is disabled. How can I activate this field and select FYI Notification.
2) Payroll Admin will be a role. I am not able to see any role in the application role drop down. But when I search it with Role code, I am able to see the role. Client has issues with this as he wants to see the Role Name.
Please could you help me with these two queries.
