Approval workflow - Exception Handelling

Hi,

I am desigining approval workflow in OIM 11g using SOA.

I need to handle the following sitution:

If the approver id is dissabled or not found cancel the request and send notification to the requester. the request history should show the correct response like approver is dissabled etc.

Please suggest a way.
