Response:
Under "resource," the status is shown as "checked in."
Issue: For one of our practices, although the patient’s appointment status is "scheduled," we are receiving a different status in the response. However, when viewing the status in PowerChart, it consistently shows as "scheduled."
Could you please investigate the cause and provide a solution?
