I'm attempting to patch Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition April 2024 CPU and am getting the following error:
The Java RunTime Environment was not found at bin\java.exe. Hence, the Oracle Universal Installer cannot be run.
ERROR: JRE missing in scratch path
I checked the JRE and everything looks correct. I then started the installer for the October 2023 CPU and did not get this error.
I'm curious if anyone else has applied this patch and has run into this issue.
- Oracle Documaker Enterprise Edition12.6.4
- Windows Server 2019
- Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0
