apply Patch 26194138: WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 11.2.0.4.170814 - no OJVM options?

Just loaded that patch instead of 136, went to apply the OJVM, think I've backed myself into a corner now - to load the latest OJVM patch, it really wants 136 loaded. Anyone find a better patch, workaround? I really don't want to back out 138, load 136, patch OJVM, etc etc...
