Apply multi prepayment invoices

Is there away to apply more than one prepayment invoice via API in AP?

I 'm working on project built by APEX and we calling some ebs API to create journal, standard invoice , mixed invoice .. and son on
my issue is i want to apply many prepayment invoice in one mixed invoice via API …
