Application Server log file size

Hi,

We have a 10.1.2.0.2 Oracle application server and keep running into problems where log files for Apache and also j2ee/forms/reports are growing to ridiculously large sizes. I have Three questions:

1) How can I limit the size of the Apache logs?
2) What happens when the Apache log hits the limit?
3) I have found the setting for the forms/reports log file size, currently set to max of 10GB - If I lower this down to a smaller amount what happens when the log file reaches its limit?
