Application Server Down?

I have installed application server 10g R2 on Windows Server 2003 32 bit, Everything was ok...but today the database is down...

Internet Directory and OC4J_Security of Infrastructure ...DOWN

Can Some 1 tell me the Reason and how to UP the db.
