application publish to public access to short url

we have application build in the following architecture..

Oracle WebLogic 12.2.1.3  
Oracle REST Data Services 18.2  
Oracle Database 11g Release 2 (11.2.0.1.0)  
Application Express 18.2.0.00.12

the application url probably like this..

http://my_company_prod:7001/ords/f?p=1001

we expect the url link to

http://my_company_prod.com

(we have the server static IP registered)
