We have completed all required steps for listing our application on the Cerner Marketplace.
The application is fully registered, configured, and approved from a technical integration perspective.
We can successfully generate and obtain a valid JWT token using the configured Client ID, which confirms that authentication and security setup are working as expected.
Reminder: This request refers to a real client domain and marketplace listing status, not the public sandbox. No API request payloads or live patient data are included.
Background Information:
After completing the marketplace onboarding steps and validating authentication, we expected the application to be visible in the Cerner Marketplace. However, the application does not appear in the marketplace listing. We want to understand whether there are remaining non-technical steps, approval gates, or visibility settings that prevent the application from being listed.
Failure to provide answers will impact our ability to respond in a timely and effective manner.
