Application Not Available For Edit - PLEASE HELP

I'm brand new to APEX. I created my first application today. Then I edited the Application Property Sheet for 'Build Status' and accidentally set it to 'Run Application Only' (not 'Run and Build Application'). Now I can't seem to change that back. It won't let me edit the form at all. Is there a way to change that property back??? Have I lost my application?

I can't even just run it? If I try from within APEX it just tells me "This application is installed but not editable." Is there an alternative way to run the application so I can show someone what it does at least?

Please help.
