Application Migration to Apache/Tomcat

Hi!
I have to migrate a java application currentlly running on iPlanet Application Server 6.0 to
apache tomcat 6.0.
I am doing it for the first time so do not know how to do it...
Can anyone help??
Do send me any document that explain all the procedure for the same ,if you have...
