Application import doesn't work : unique constraint APEX_190100.WWV_FLOW_LISTS_PK violated

I tried to import an application and i always get this error message.

It seems to have a problem with the navigation list.

The export was an APEX 5.0 Application which i'm importing to APEX 19.1 .

APEX 19.1

•DB version, edition and host OS

Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production,Windows 10

•Browser(s)/version(s) used

Google Chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-Bit)

•UI/Theme

Universal Theme - 42
