Application Express version, 4.1.0.00.3 does not honor framsets

Have framesets been excluded from Application Express version, 4.1.0.00.32? The below framset was very effective for masking the undesirable information contained in the Application Express generated URLs. That is, the URL remained static for all generated page/parameter URLs generated by the state machine.

For the following HTML, when trying to access the Application Express workspace administration login page, Application Express 4.0.2.00.07 renders the simple frameset.

dads.conf <Location /tst>

<html>
<frameset>
<frame src="tst"></frame>
</frameset>
</html>

After upgrading to Application Express 4.1.0.00.32, the following Linux, Windows and Mac OS browser brands renders a blank page.

* Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.9.2.17) Gecko/20110428 Fedora/3.6.17-1.fc13 Firefox/3.6.17,
* Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/534.50 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Safari/534.50
* Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US; rv:1.9.2.19) Gecko/20110707 Firefox/3.6.19
* Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_6; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.19.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.3 Safari/533.19.4

Other browser brands exhibit a different behavior. On Linux, Windows, and Mac OS the following browsers rewrite the framed URL, https://myserver.oracle.com/myframeset.html, to https://myserver.oracle.com/tst/f?p=4550:1:&SESSION.

* Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20101123 SeaMonkey/2.0.11,
* Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686 (x86_64); en-US; rv:1.8.1.8pre) Gecko/20071001 Firefox/2.0.0.7 Netscape Navigator/9.0RC1,
* Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2800.1106 SP1 Mozilla/4.0 Linux Wine,
* Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Konqueror/4.5; Linux) KHTML/4.5.5 (like Gecko) Fedora/4.5.5-2.fc13
* Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2.2) Gecko/20100316 Firefox/3.6.2 ( .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET4.0C),
* Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.30; .NET CLR 3.0.04506.648; InfoPath.2; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; MS-RTC EA 2; .NET4.0C)

On Linux, Windows, and Mac OS, Opera browsers render the following for URL, https://myserver.oracle.com/myframeset.html.

https://myserver.oracle.com/tst/f?p=4550:1:&SESSION.
The website does not permit its content to be displayed in a frame. It must be displayed in a separate window.

* Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux x86_64; U; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51
* Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 5.1; U; Edition United States Local; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51
* Opera/9.80 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.6.6; U; en) Presto/2.9.168 Version/11.51
