Application Express setup https

Can someone pls give me a hint/link how to setup https (SSL) for APEX ?

The documentation is not clear enough for me.

I would love to get a straight forward step-by-step instruction.

I have APEX running so far and Port 443 enabled..

But the APEX link from MyServices --> context Menue is:

https://144.21.74.31/ords/pdb1/f?p=4500

(saying: "not save" connection)

What else to do ?
