Application Express not accessible rom internet

I have Oracle Database10g Express Edition installed in my m/c. I have developed one application in that. Now I am able to access that from my local machine but not rom the internet or intranet.

I have checked the "Available from local server and remote clients" under Home>Administration>Manage HTTP Access

Can anyone help whether to set any other option or how to access the application from the intranet or internet?
