Application Express 5.1.0.00.45 - Top Apps broken link

Issue with Top Apps (app:4500 page:1000).

The link shown on this page has extra characters on the end.

p=4000:1:17562706317414::NO:RP:FB_FLOW_ID,F4000_P1_FLOW,P0_FLOWPAGE,RECENT_PAGES:2000,2000,2000;|,

When I remove the ;|, all is well again.

Any APEX development team out there?
