Application Emergency Message

Hi,

I added a custom form to one of the menus after the regular drill of compiling.
But when I try to open the form, it gives me this message

Message Dictionary couldn't open the XXX application message file. Cannot open file abc/applmgr/wxy/XXX/11.5.0//mesg/US.msb for reading.

If i click 'OK' on that message box, the form opens.
The XXX here is the custom schema used here which has a custom top XXX_TOP.
But any idea how i can get rid of this message.
