Application Disclaimer

Hi

I need to create a disclaimer on our application.

What is the best way to go about this? Should I use jQuery or the SkillBuilders Modal Page, or is there something better?

Need it to be displayed once per session, post login.

We are running Apex 4.2.1, Oracle WebTier, Linux.
