Application Continuity Driver with OSB 12c

Hi All,
We are using application continuity diver in OSB 12c. This driver is being used by DB adapter.
But we are seeing more inactive sessions that are consuming more PGA memory and this keeps on increasing.
As a workaround we have to restart the servers.
OSB- 12.2.1.3
