New to Java

Hello

I am getting the message that appletviewer (which I have in my c:/java/bin directory) is not a recognised internal or external command, operable program or batch file while trying to see my Hello.html file (I have been following the Sun Java basic tutorials). I do not have a file called Hello.html in my bin directory, but I do have the HelloWorld.class file in the bin directory.

Please advise what I may be doing wrong!
