Applet switch for Dual IMSI

hi all,

I have to program an Applet for automatic switch Dual IMSI (Home IMSI and Roaming IMSI).

anybody can help me as following:

- what event must be used to trigger applet

- what flow chart for switch imsi

- any specification more detail about these issues
