Workflow or API calls:

Reminder: If this is referring to a client domain or EHR activity—not the public sandbox—do not include API request data or live patient data.

Hi Oracle Team,

We are launching from this URL: https://code-console.cerner.com/console/apps with some internal applications(please refer to below screenshot) but ultimately we are not able to launch any patient Data as we are getting some error with authentication URL which we receive from Cerner (please refer to below 3rd screenshot).

Background Information:

Failure to provide answers will impact our ability to respond in a timely and effective manner

Developer questions:

We are currently facing with two major issues:

  1. We received a email from Josh Hayes josh.hayes@oracle.com and has given the APP and CLIENT IDs but these are not matching with the existing internal code console applications (please refer to below screenshot) APP and CLIENT IDs. So could you please anyone check on this and let us know?
  2. When we launch with any internal code console applications we are not able to get any patient data as we are authenticating with Cerner successfully but in the response URL we are not receiving valid state and code values but we are getting some invalid error values.

Are you an OPN Member? Yes
Have you signed up to be in the Healthcare Developer Track? No
Are you a registered Code Program member? No
Does your App have a presence on the Oracle Healthcare App Marketplace? No

Are you developing on behalf of an Oracle Health client?
If so, which client:

Application's Client ID and App ID, if relevant:

APP ID: 85f50841-b6ee-4cf0-8e2f-d811ea2e7cba

CLIENT ID: 714364a7-daa1-4135-86b3-ac1c1d34df28

Expected Result:

The above APP and CLIENT IDs should be matching with the screenshot (please refer to below screenshot) in the Actual Result section. Am I correct?

We successfully authenticate Cerner app (please refer to below 2nd screenshot) but why we are not able to launch the patient data successfully in my end even though we launch any application from the below screenshot?

Actual Result:

Successfully authenticating URL with Cerner:-

Retrieved a another URL in response from Cerner after authenticating we get a invalid response:-

X-Request-Id / Cerner-Correlation-Id / opc-request-id:
Date/time of the example: 07-16-2025 15:06

Could you please suggest some ideas based on these issues or are we on the correct track? If possible, could anyone please refer any documentations or discussion helps?
