Anyone seen this for page save?
ORA-00001: unique constraint (APEX_050000.WWV_FLOW_PAGE_PLUGS_PK) violated
ORA-06512: at "APEX_050000.WWV_FLOW_PAGE_PLUGS_DEV_IOT", line 3
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APEX_050000.WWV_FLOW_PAGE_PLUGS_DEV_I
I couldn't reproduce this error, but got it when
1.) created new region to old compatibility mode 4.2 application
and not yet Re-subscribed: 
2.) changed type to Classic Report region and entered simple but valid sql
3.) tried to save the page, and got this error, which prevented saving
The error went? away after I tried in other workspaces in the same instance, consuming the same schema and made new application with fresh classic report region.
Then creation of new page to this old application with classic report region didn't complain.
Also creation of new classic report region to old applications old page didn't complain anymore.
Environment
The MONITOR didn't show this application error at all.
