APEX 23.1

This is an issue for the APEX Team for the Packaged Application Standards Tracker.

I imported the Packaged Application Standards Tracker from a previous APEX19.1 install, as it's no longer available in APEX23.1

On the Test Results Page (P19) clicking on the yellow FAIL button in the Status Column, should invoke the External Application Item in APEX Designer.

However I receive a ORDS 400 Bad request error.

I narrowed the issue down to a call to javascript:openInBuilder in Region : Test Results, but unsure of the correct parameters

   'javascript:openInBuilder('''  
       ||eba\_stds\_parser.build\_link( :P19\_TEST\_ID, :P19\_APPLICATION\_ID, ac.c002 )

I suspect some parameters have changed in APEX23.1 as this worked fine in APEX19.1

Please review my example at

I also created the same example on apex.oracle.com and received the same issue.
