RE: APEX23.1 Sample Application Search runtime issue

Oracle 19c
APEX 23.1
This is an issue for the APEX Team for the Packaged Application Sample Application Search.
I imported the new Packaged Application Sample Application Search and when I attempt to run the application I received this error :-
ORA-29861: domain index is marked LOADING/FAILED/UNUSABLE
