APEX_WORKSPACE_ACTIVITY_LOG Null IP_ADDRESS and Agent

Hi

I want to see the IP address of the people accessed my application and querying APEX_WORKSPACE_ACTIVITY_LOG. But there are many records (not all) where IP_Address and Agent fields are null. Can someone please let me know why is it null?

Also is there a way that the IP address can be seen with Apex Internal Admin area? It only shows the count of IP but doesn't show each IP address.
