Apex Workspace

Hello,

I have an old apex public app https://apex.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=17843 that I would like to migrate to a new apex hosting environment. The link and data are still functioning but it seems that the workspace has been flagged as purged. Is there anyway I can get the workspace recovered so I can dump the data? The workspace name is A2F-CRS.
