I have created a workflow in APEX. When I start the workflow and execute it, it works fine without any issues. But when my colleague is testing, it gives an internal error message. When I dug deeper into this, the error message gives me the following message:

First of all, the message is cryptic, and I am not sure why he is not able to start the workflow. I have made him the workflow admin also.
We have a training for the users to use the new workflow next week and I am getting this error. I need to fix this before the training starts. Your help in solving this problem will be very helpful.
