APEX with HL7

Hi

actually i don't know if i am in right place but i'm trying anyway.

I am working on HIS System which is developed by Apex, The problem is, i want to send message to RIS System by HL7 messages , for example i want to send message to RIS system contain patient information When new patient record has added,

actually i don't know how to compose this message and how i can send it
