APEX V4 - Breadcrumb - Conditional Name

Hello.

I'm trying to set up a conditional breadcrumb name, so far I've only found out how to conditionally display a breadcrumb name. Basically, when editing a record I want to the breadcrum name to be "Edit" and when creating a record I want the breadcrumb name to be "Create". The Create/Edit page or one and the same so I got a failure when creating two breadcrumbs and conditionally displaying them as I was told that a breadcrumb already exist for the page in question.

Anyway, any ideas?
