APEX using OAC as remote print server error after exporting app

I created the remote server for printing using OAC Publisher and created web credentials following blog below:

then I have an app id 200 setup and working printing PDF reports, all good so far.

then I copied this app to 201, using the same schema and this other app is not able to print.

blank document has the following error inside:

CoreRestServices::render: Error generating report oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: oracle.xdo.XDOException

Could someone who knows APEX and OAC Publisher to help?
