APEX User Login Information

Hello,

I am required to report usage information from APEX. I need to get userid, last login date, and if they are locked or not. I would like to script this in UNIX but when I run this (select * from flows_030000.wwv_flow_users) from sqlplus i get no rows selected. If i run the same thing within APEX it gives all the user information. Please advise on how to get this information...
