APEX - User-Defined Exception ORA-06512: at "APEX_220200.WWV_FLOW_ERROR"

I get this error intermittent when trying to open an Modal page and IG from a Master detail page.

The log I see in “apex_activity_log” view:

"APEX - User-Defined Exception ORA-06512: at "APEX_220200.WWV_FLOW_ERROR", line 1472 ORA-06512: at "APEX_220200.WWV_FLOW_ERROR", line 1507"

Anyone have any ideas?
