APEX Universal Theme, how to set max width for content body?

In the APEX Universal Theme app, the content body width on all pages is set to 960px, but I don't understand how this is implemented. I can see that in the browser the t-Body-contentInner element is set to max-width: 960px, but I could not find the correct setting or css code in APEX. I would be grateful for any help.
