APEX Tutorial with Print Server Message

I'm running Oracle 10g with APEX 3.1.

I'm working on the Building a Functional Application Tutorial.

When I reach the section of the tutorial which discusses Printing and Print Attributes; in big bright red words I have the following message:
Report printing is currently not available, there is no print server configured.

I have a printer directly connected to my laptop. I'm not sure why I'm receiving this message.

Can someone help?
