APEX: too powerful to count the sum of the percentages?

Hi,
How do you calculate the sum of percentages if the percentage is Column A / Column B * 100? The sum of the percentages should be visible in the aggregate summary in the classic/interactive or grid report.
thx!!!
!@#$!@#$%!@$, Such a powerful tool, and a simple action can not do in the report!
